Pocket Living develop well-designed, local and affordable homes.

After nearly 14 years in, their model for immediate housing for Londoners is now widely accepted as a valid affordable housing currency and they feel the time is ripe to disrupt other areas of the housing landscape in London.

Join Lucian Smithers – Pocket’s Director of Marketing and Sales, and Russ Edwards, Head of Design, as they outline other ways in which Pocket hopes to address London’s ongoing housing crisis, including:

  • Shaping the government’s Starter Homes policy.
  • Embracing modular construction – and why it works for the company, for boroughs and for existing residents;
  • Applying the lessons learned during Pocket’s first 13¾ years to unlock local authority estate regeneration through affordable homes.
